11/20/09		 •  Early registration for Spring 2010 through the WEB Registration System (WRS)
•  Students are assigned a day and time of initial access to early registration based on the number of hours earned toward graduation
11/26/09 •  Billing statements for Spring 2010 mailed to student's PERMANENT address

 • Schedule Adjustment for Spring 2010
12/17/09 •  Payment of tuition and fees for Spring 2010 due by this date
•  FAILURE TO PAY BY THIS DATE WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF EARLY REGISTRATION

•  Special (non-degree seeking) students will not have access to registration until 1:00 p.m.
01/08/10 •  Advance Drop-Add / WRS open to all students
01/11/10 •  First day of classes

01/15/10		 •  Drop-add period
01/15/10 •  Last day to add a class, change the section of a class, change a course from credit to audit, or choose the pass-fail option
•  Last day to drop classes and be eligible for a refund
•  Last day to drop a course without having the drop count in the undergraduate limit of four
01/18/10 •  State holiday
01/25/10 •  Last day to drop a class without having the course used in the calculation of the "twenty-five percent surcharge" mandated by North Carolina statute
TBA •  Last day to apply for graduation in Spring 2010
02/10/10 •  Last day to drop a first-half semester course
•  Last day to drop the "pass-fail" option on a first-half semester course

A REMINDER: With the exception of holidays, the Registrar's Office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; the Cashier's Office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Any transaction required must occur during these hours.
