Visit the National Student Clearinghouse.
On the Transcript Ordering Center page, review the information and select Order Transcript(s).
Enter your personal information (Banner ID or SSN required) and follow the prompts to complete your order.
Please Note: Students who attended Appalachian State University before 1986 must order online but cannot select electronic delivery. Available options are mail or hold for pickup
