Fall 2026 Important End of Semester Transcript Request Information:
- Transcripts using the hold "After Degree is Awarded" will be released on Wednesday, January 13, 2027. This option is available only to students who have completed all degree requirements for the Fall 2026 semester.
- Transcript orders using the hold "After Grades Are Posted" will be released on Friday, December 18, 2026.

Ordering Guidelines
- All transcripts must be ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse using a credit or debit card.
- The Registrar’s Office only provides complete official transcripts covering all undergraduate and graduate coursework taken at Appalachian State University, we do not offer partial transcripts.
- Placing an order requires a signed consent form. To avoid potential delays, students are encouraged to use the digital consent option provided during the ordering process.
- Once the order is processed, you will receive updates either via email or if selected via text message. You can also track the status of orders on the National Student Clearinghouse website.

Please Note: Additional processing time may be required for student transcripts dated before 1986, order requiring research, or peak periods such as the end of term. You will receive an email when your transcript has been processed for delivery or is ready for pick-up.
