Current Student Transcript Request
Before Ordering: Check your unofficial transcript in AppalNet to confirm your final grades or degree have been posted before ordering through the National Student Clearinghouse. To ensure students do not place their order too early, select “After Grades Are Posted” or “After Degree Is Awarded”. If you order before your grades or degree are posted, you will need to submit another order.
How to Order an Official Transcript
Currently enrolled students can order official transcripts through AppalNet:
- Currently enrolled students can order official transcripts through AppalNet:Log in to your Self-Service account.
- Select Student → Academic Records → National Student Clearinghouse.
- Select Order a Transcript, then scroll down and click Order a Transcript(s).

Log in to Self-Service, select Student → Academic Records → Unofficial Academic Transcript. Choose your Transcript Level and Transcript Type to view your unofficial transcript.
